My boss in the creative industry asked me to make an 'online spreadsheet' to record the team's current tasks for tracking. And... well, okay. But a spreadsheet? For creative work? I knew we could do better.
Spreadsheets are for numbers. Creative teams need a real-time, visual workflow. So I built this: a simple, web-based Team Task Tracker. It's designed to be fast, intuitive, and genuinely useful, turning a tracking headache into a streamlined process.
It helps the whole team manage their workload with convenient functions like a visual drag-and-drop Kanban board, real-time status updates (so everyone's on the same page, instantly), task prioritization, and easy filtering by user or project. No more 'who's doing what?' in the daily stand-up. It's all right there. It proved that sometimes the best way to answer a request is to build the solution they *really* needed.
